1. Return Policy 

For our customer we insure the satisfaction of esteemed customers in all options of adamglobalbd.com with glad. If any defective item, other wrong product is found, we will send another product along with esteemed customer as soon as possible.   And if you want to return the  

defective product   you will then be fully refunded. You will not be charged any additional shipping fee for damaged or defective shipment of invoice. Please see our cancellation and refund policy. 

  2.  Why can a customer return an item? 

A. Items of delivered goods are damaged / parts are damaged, defective etc.
